How did you get into adult?
Writing for other companies in adult.
When did you start in the adult industry?
2-3 years ago.
What makes you stay in adult?
I love the fact that nobody studied to be in adult or got a degree in adult or took a class on how to make it in adult. The variety of backgrounds in this business that people have is amazing to me and the variety of perspectives they bring to the industry makes it one of the most innovative I have ever been involved with, that keeps things interesting for me at least.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully I'll still be coming out with new products and ideas, nothing gets me more excited than having a great idea and trying to figure out how to implement it.
What is your work history in adult?
As the owner of EngineFood.com I have had the ability to work for many companies in adult on a consulting basis.
Do you work from home or do you work at an office?
I work from anywhere and am almost always online in one form or another.
What are your skills?
I am an excellent writer, have developed a knack for SEO as far as site text is concerned and do well in the PR aspects of company development as well. However I can not draw at all... so please don't ask!
What is your biggest accomplishment so far in this industry?
Launching the first and only Review Site Submitter as part of WebmasterScore.com has been my most public accomplishment because it saves so many people so much time but honestly I think my biggest achievement is that I wrote over 1 million words of original exclusive text (which has been published across several websites) in less than one year.
Did you or do you have a mentor? Someone that started you out in the industry or has helped you along your way? Tell us about it.
I have different mentors for different aspects of my career. So many people have taken the time to help me along the way that naming a few would be silly and listing them all would be even sillier. I think getting too attached to any one mentor is a mistake, there is a lot you can learn from everyone you speak with if you are willing to listen.
What are your concerns about the adult industry today?
I think piracy is a serious problem in adult and in mainstream. Stealing someone else's work should not be overlooked by others as much as it unfortunately has been. As someone who creates original text content I understand the sick feeling of knowing someone else stole what you made.

Message boards, video gaming sites, sports sites.

Are you a workaholic?
No. I work no more than 90 hours per week.
Do you feel that the long hours you put in affects your personal life? Or have your work life and personal life become so intertwined that they are one and the same?
What personal life?
What are the 5 qualities or skills you see as being the most important for someone to achieve success in this industry?
Honesty, Reliability, Listening Skills, Confidence and a keen sense of when someone is lying to you.
Do you feel there is still room for new people in this industry to make a decent living?
Always.
What motivates you to succeed?
I'm Relentless... it's just the way I'm wired.
What piece of advice would you like to give regarding the industry?
Focus on earning money for other people. When you become known as someone who earns money for others, more people will be interested in helping you make some for yourself.
